1601 Burj Daman explores a restrained approach to contemporary urban living within DIFC through material contrast, proportion, and tactile refinement.
The redevelopment centers around a rare Brazilian quartzite kitchen conceived as the visual anchor of the residence, contrasted by softer travertine elements, muted metallic detailing, and sculptural forms throughout the interior.
Bathrooms were approached as individual compositions, integrating monolithic Italian travertine vanities, curated artwork surfaces, and freestanding statement pieces to create a more atmospheric and gallery-like experience.
The project balances architectural clarity with material richness to elevate both spatial experience and long-term asset value.
