The redevelopment centers around a sculptural teppanyaki-style kitchen, conceived as the social heart of the residence. Expressive Brazilian quartzite is paired with blackened brushed nickel and warmer tones, bringing cooking, gathering, and entertaining into one continuous space.

Bathrooms introduce a quieter material language through limestone and travertine, creating a softer, more tactile atmosphere within the private areas of the home.

The project balances expressive natural stone with darkened metal and warmer textures to create a residence that feels both architectural and inviting — where materiality and social living take centre stage.
