3239 Central Park Towers explores a softer and more restrained approach to contemporary loft living through warm material palettes, concealed detailing, and spatial continuity.

The redevelopment centers around an expansive custom kitchen conceived as the architectural anchor of the residence, integrating muted wood finishes and monolithic proportions to create a calmer and more grounded atmosphere.

The primary suite was reconfigured to improve openness and spatial flow, introducing concealed transitions and integrated millwork throughout the perimeter of the room. A hidden bathroom entry was embedded within the full-height wardrobe composition, allowing the bathroom and dressing areas to read as a continuous architectural surface.

Bathrooms were approached with the same restrained language, balancing warm textures, concealed detailing, and natural light to create a more atmospheric residential experience.
