1946 Central Park Towers explores a restrained approach to contemporary residential living through warm materials, softened geometry, and spatial calm.
The redevelopment draws from both brutalist architectural language and Japanese spatial philosophy, balancing structural presence with a quieter and more contemplative atmosphere throughout the residence.
A custom wood kitchen was conceived as the central architectural element of the project, introducing warmth and continuity through muted material tones and restrained detailing.
The project prioritizes simplicity, proportion, and natural materiality to create a residence that feels grounded, calm, and intentionally understated.
