1801 Burj Daman

This Burj Daman residence was designed around a warm minimal aesthetic, combining soft contemporary finishes with highly curated premium materials throughout the apartment.

The kitchen features a semi-light palette with clean architectural detailing, creating a balanced and timeless atmosphere while maintaining functionality for everyday living. The design approach focused on simplicity, texture, and proportion rather than excessive visual elements.

All bathroom spaces were finished using extremely high-end large-format tiles inspired by the quality and sophistication of Poliform-style interiors, emphasizing a luxurious yet understated experience.

Throughout the apartment, MDi surfaces by Inalco were selected for the flooring, chosen for their premium quality, durability, and refined natural appearance. The material palette was carefully coordinated to create continuity between spaces while maintaining a calm and elegant overall feel.

The project prioritizes natural tones, soft contrasts, and meticulous material selection to achieve a contemporary residence that feels both luxurious and highly livable.
